How is this mobo?

I need some opinions on this mobo. i will be moving all of my hardware from my current mobo to the new. like my graphics card, soundcard, ect.

What is your current setup?
It's a SIS chipset so its budget range. 65$ yep.
Only can handle up to 533 FSB Pentium 4s.
It supports both SDRAM (100/133) and DDR (PC1600/2100/2700). Looks like its a transition board too. hehe
It's a Micro ATX with only 3 PCI slots. This what you want?

SiS 651 chipset
P4 2.4 ghz, 533mhz fsb
2 sticks of 512 2700 184 pin sdram
radeon 9600 pro
SB live audigy 2 ZS
Wireless internet PCI card.


the thing im worried about is the PCI slots. theyres only 3. but if i need more dont they make external hubs?

Im on a budget so i cant get anything thats too much $. Are there any good deals on mobos that have 800mhz FSB?

specs are better on this one. This is compatible with my stuff, right? I dont know much about motherboards, but i was told that it has to be compatible with my chipset which is SiS.

The same socket, supported FSB speeds and the same DDR ram.
