How long does toasted cheese take to cook?

I have some cheese on bread in the oven, and i am wondering how long it will take to become toasted cheese? (the oven is at 190 F)

Depends on how long it takes the oven to heat to 190 degrees. Unless you pre-heated it. But why not use a frying pan or skillet? It's much faster and you'll have more control over the color of the toast. Use some butter in the pan to keep it from burning to badly. The oven can be tricky when cooking something that simple.
