System specs
P4 2.4GHZ
256MB RAM
Radeon 9800PRO
Thats just about all the specs you need, i only get about 30 frames.

By exploiting the f*ck out of "shortcuts" perhaps. You can't play the game properly in under an hour.

What the heck does that have to do with anything?

HL isn't very demanding. On an average PC you can get well over 80.

(PS: I like how it says 0-20, like you could get 0 frames per second. )

I get around 50-70 fps constant with all open gl settings set as high as they can go.
