how many installations can I do?

I want to test halflife2 on my bros laptop, and also later tomorrow install it on my main comp. Will there be any authorization problems with this? How does the steam registration system restrict multiple installations? I don't want to play online on my bros computer, fyi.

Should be fine as long as you log out of your steam account before you install it on the laptop ...

I haven't heard of any limitation as to number of installs you can do.

what laptop does your bro have anyways?
