How many more months until the release of Ati/Nvidia newest Graphic Cards?

I would like to ask how many months until the release of Nvidia and Ati latest graphic cards? I saw some people talking about it being bundled with HL2. I was kinda thinking that it was kinda early to release them, so I came here for confirmation. So will they be released soon or later this or next year? Thanks

well, they may come out in september, but in any case...do you really think they would be worth it when there are such cards as the 9800pro and 5900ultra out? i dont really think so...but then again i havnt heard what they are adding to the 9900pro.

Omg I was j/k too, I have a ATI X_01_Prototype 1024 MB, Overheats sometimes, thats why I tryed to use some foam coolant but it never worked so I just put my TNT 2 back in.

Nvidia NV40 core is said to be two times faster than the 5900 and is scheduled to be release late 2003.

ATi R420 core is also said to be twice as fast as the 9800 and is scheduled for a late 2003 or early 2004 release.

Both cards will be using PCI Express and equipped with special PCI Express-to-AGP bridge for those without PCI Express compatible motherboards.

Just do a Google search for either NV40 or R420 for more info.
