How many times do you hit F5 a day?

All I do is just click the refresh thingy at the top.

I press F5(Refresh) because when ever I visit these forums, the forums dosn't automatically show the latest post.

f5 is the quicksave button in morrowind (but I never hit f5 to refresh a browser for some reason...) so I'd say I hit it about 5-20 times a day.
