First time I got a decent clerk there too. I was dumbfounded when I didn't see it on shelves and though "Oh shit, maybe I should have preordered or put a copy on hold".

Went up, asked if they had any copies (expecting a no) and the nice man points at the rack on his checkout booth and goes "right there bro". I go "DAMN! I was worried that you guys sold out already". Rotund man chuckles and goes "Nope. Sorry though, only got the CD version. Should be getting the dvd version in next week".

God, if I had the usually kid looking for money clerk, he would've just shrugged me off and gone "If it aint on the shelf, we don't got it". They usually do it with a smug that says "just some dumb kid who thinks his PC can run anything and everything. NEWB".
