How much do you all think this will cost?

This summer I'm planning on building a new pc.
Specs are
(Some)AMD Athlon 64 socket 939 with PCI Express
768 megs of pc2700(going to reuse my current ram for a little till i get more money)
ATI Radeon x800XT
80 gig hdd(re-using again temporarily)
And some athlon 64 939.

How much do you all think that the motherboards with those specs and an A64 939 will cost?

Not sure why you're asking here..... you cna easily go around to hardware sites and/or retial sites and look at prices for the stuff that's out...

but i'm not entirley sure

:hmph: Are you sure you'll be able to use your old PC-2700 ram with a PCI Express motherboard? Aren't they going to use DDR-2 ram?

sidewinder---none of this hardware is out yet..I'm asking for opinions. As for the ram, if I need to buy some ddr2 I will

If you do want to look into these new technologies, it would be a great hinderance to be required to buy a motherboard that supports DDR-SD ram. by the point you are talking about, DDR2 will be out and the top o' the line will be thus.

As for prices, i don't know, look at the prices of the current TOP of the line hardware. probably somewhere near there.
