How much framerates would I get for Counter-Strike: Source if I...

Just wondering, what if I set the resolution to 1600x1200 and detail textures to high but turned off the advanced options all to 'off' and used no FSAA, AF, AA or trillinear filtering, how much framerates would I get then?
First of all, what are the graphical options?

And second of all...my specs:
Intel Pentium 4- 1.8 Ghz 533 Mhz FSB
512 MB Ram
Power Color ATI Radeon 9800 PRO 128MB 256-bit
Samsung SyncMaster 955DF.
