So I'm building this website for a small private buisness, how much do you think I should get payed for the job? What is about the baseline for designing and building a small website? (It's a small Consultant Firm, won't be extremely hard to build.) Also, how exactly do I go about getting it hosted? I think I'm going to use DreamWeaver to build it...

search for "website hosting" in a search engine.
And the site should be worth about £300 or so, you'll need to convert that to your currency though.
Don't drop your price much though, cos people respect you more if they think their paying out for something thats gonna do their business good, If you charge next to nothing, they'll wonder how qualified you are to build the site.
