How to change font style on windows icons?

Does anyone know how too because I saw someone with that and I thought it was cool and much better than the time new roman they have. Anyone know how to change font styles on icons?

Control Panel -> Display -> Appearance -> Advanced -> Icon. That's for Windows Xp as far as I know.
