How to clean a scroll wheel

How do you clean a scroll wheel? In cs:s, i have my weapons bound to mwheelup and down and mouse3, but they randomly switch while shooting.





I think the cause may be dust in the wheel or underneath. It's a Logitech mx 300.

:O Happens with my Microsoft mouse. Sometimes it'll scroll like crazy by itself.
