How to Disable all other weapons bar knife

How do you make it so you only have the knife in the map?

I've been looking around everywhere, and I can't seem to find it

Well you can't do either one of those via commands... Although you could replace materials, lotsa work though if you just want to change a few things.

For normal players, you can't limit weapons without a server plugin (at least I thought you could for HL1) but for the bots you can... bot_knives_only 1

and of course bot_knives_only 0 for they can choose other weapons.
