how to fix this?

I had it running great at 1600*1200 on my computer. My monitor broke down and unfortunately my new one (which is an old one) does not support 1600*1200 (only 1200*1024) so when i start the game it says that its out of range. Is there anyway of me fixing this? Ive tried editing the config files but couldnt find anything about graphics anywhere.

try reinstalling the game

There is a command to make it run in the 800x600 so you can change it in game. I cannot remember what it was. Try searching the forums.
