How to increase GPU fan speed?

Jesus Christ. My GPU (Sapphire X1900GT) is running at 77 degrees and I'm getting all sorts of graphical glitches like the one below.



Is there any software where I can increase the RPM of the fan? :x

Rivatuner works the best in my opinion. It has that plus overclocking and temp monitering, among a slew of other things.

I use ATI Tool and it works great, very simple. Just go to 'Overclocking Settings...' and the 'Fan' tab.

Well, I've set it to dynamic mode so I'll see how it goes.

Improve case airflow maybe? I've got two fans at the front of the case sucking cold air in, and one at the top and one at the back blowing hot air out. I've got them all running through a fanbus - the benefit being i can slow them all down just enough so they are almost silent, whilst being fast enough to get rid of the hot air.
