How to make npc:s speak?

I trigger an ambient_generic (?) to say whatever .wav file I wish. (And parent it to the NPC.) I garentee this is probably not how Valve did it. But it works in most cases.
 
But what about the mouth movement? How do you make the model do a 'face poser' pose. I need to know this too :D
 
I tested that and alyx did move her mouth... But how to make it the style it's meant to be maked... And how to make quiczombies jump from roof?
 
Quick zombies jump on their own. Now if you need a specific spot for it to jump to, try a scripted_seqence.

As far as the voice thing, I can't help you with that anymore. I told you I did it a half-butt way... :P

run Face Poser, learn to use it, save the lcd file, open hammer, put the LCD entity in, trigger it
