how to make videos on fraps smaller

i made som css videos with fraps and they're huge!!!!!! does anyone know how to make them smaller, wow 15 seconds of play is 400MB!!!!!!

Raw footage from fraps is exactly that - RAW.

You need to apply some compression, to do this you can use Windows movie maker (on XP?) or any sort of video compression software (NanDUB / whatever)

If you want to make a propper job of it, use Adobe Premiere.

320x240 is a good res to resize video to if you want to keep file sizes low, 25 fps and encode to WMV or DivX (avi)

use Windows Media Encoder to encode to WMV, or VirtualDub to make DiVX movies. I prefer wmv.
