How to play music while playing cs

How can I play music while playing cs without minimizing?
is there program or command for it..?
btw I dont have those global keys that winamp users have...

also you set GLOBAL keys yourself , so u can have like ctrl+alt+pgup , go into winamp options set global keys.

I find that my computer uses all the 767 ram for the game. so every now and then it skips.
