how to play sounds?

hi!

i'm rather new to cs:s and i have a question:

is there a way to bind a button to play an mp3 and transmit it via voice comm? or to transmit it so everyone can hear it?

i'd like to play the song "jimmy soul - if you want to be happy" after i killed someone, just like in the flash movie on www.pwned.nl .

any ideas to help me out?

p.s not sure if it will work with the new engine but worth a go.
