how to setup a ftp ?

Is there some user-friendly programs that can easily set up a ftp server ? I have some huge documents to send to a friend, it's too big to fit in the mail box. Thank you !

cerberus is brobably the easiest for you to set up and use for a quick transfer.

You could always use YouSendIt. They have a max upload of 1GB and its a good way to transfer huge files. On the other hand, setting up an FTP server isn't that difficult really, my mate configured his own pc in about 10 mins. I think he followed a tutorial on teh net, will see if I can find it tomorrow for you.
