How to start a LAN game?

Hello,

One of my friends are asking how to start a LAN game in CS:S.
I don't know how to do it and there fore i was hoping you guys could help us?

How do you start a LAN game in CS:S??

You can just create a new game in CS:S or load up the Source Dedicated server. If there is no internet connection involved, the game must be 100% downloaded for the Offline mode to be supported.

Similar Question here....

When i load up a LAN server, people cant seem to connect to my IP. Although they have done a few times, it seems to be random and i dont know why?
