How to update my phone ?

I think this belong here, does anybody know how can i update my nokia phone firmware ? ( Nokia N90 )

i've searched everywhere and i couldnt find anything. ;(

ive never heard of there being firmware for phones but you would need to buy a cable that connects to your computer and connects to your phone. also you could just find a local cell phone store(not a retail store ex.cingular,tmobile,sprint) and they usually will have cables for unlocking updating like that.
