looks like it fits paralleled with the memory slots so it shouldn't be to hard to figure it out. try looking on the corsair site im sure they have some sort of manual for it.

The "groove" part on the sides hooks onto the white tabs of the memory slots on the motherboard. Here's a couple pics, not of that particular cooler, but you'll get the idea:
