im living in my old house for a week and i found out that i dun have any channels to watch. is there a way to watch free channels like fox? can a vhs player be used as a tv receiver or smth like that?

Nope. You cant get cable without cable. At most you'll just get some shitty local channels with bad reception.

MKeey!

I don't know about you, Krynn, but FOX is a local channel for me. So if he has the VHS player, and a set of rabbit ears, he should be able to get whatever local channels he wants clear as day!

if all else fails you can watch bbc iplayer on your pc :P

You could always get some sunshine and exercise.

I keed I keed.

yea it was an OK film i suppose... Its on the piratebay somewhere!

I dont recommend mixing exercise with sunshine. Doing the physical activity kinda breaks the atmosphere of the movie.

Lol at modern day TV viewers.

It's called actual, real, FREE TV! You know, the stuff everyone used to have? That is actually pretty good? That you can get pretty much anywhere, for ZERO DOLLARS?

Yeah, that's right. Just put a god-damn antenna on your TV and feel the magic.

I only got cable a few months ago. I've been using free TV my entire life.

Free tv sucks. I have an antenna and I get a whopping 3 channels that have watchable reception. I can only take so much Judge Joe Brown before I start going a little crazy.

I'm in the same boat as you. I had cable when I was little though.

I really don't see the need for so many channels though, I only watch about five channels.

Free TV doesn't have to be with bad reception, you can still get Free HD tv with perfect reception. If you have a roof antenna that is.
