How to you get noclip to work?

I've just downloaded the mod Antlion trooper deuce and I fell off the top edge and now I can't get back up there. How can I make it so I can walk through walls. Like whats the exact command I have to type into console for source. I tried typing just noclip and it wasn't working.

"sv_cheats 1" needs to be entered in first.
