How too record demo's

Hey peeps,

I was just wondering how can you record demo's in-game without using fraps or any other program while you play. I tried looking for a console command but i havent found one yet. the reason is because im making a css frag movie soon.

record "demoname" to record a demo

playdemo "demoname" to play a demo

Record "demoname" and then you have to stop the demo before you can play it, so just type Stop.

Stop

Play "demoname"
