479 mb ram
ati radeon 9600 xt 128 mb

can i run the game on high?

i think i can because i can run the game on my other computer which is a:
2.26 intel
510 ram
nvidia mx 440 128 mb

please help, because i want to know how the 9600 xt will run the game, and how many watts does my psu need to be

k btw thanks for answering my question before

anyway, anyone know how many watts my power supply must be? i was looking at a generic 300W PSU. will this be enough for a 9600xt?

300w should be ok for that card, seeing how my 250 watt PSU is working fine for my card

I'd save up and get a more powerful PSU if i was you. Saves having to upgrade it again should you further upgrade your pc.

The 9600xt is a pretty low power card. Unless you have a bad PowerSupply you should be fine. Power Consumption

You may not have has high of framerate on the 9600xt (dx9) compared to the gf4mx (dx7) but it will look soo much better. ;)

Um, even with the difference in DX mode, a Geforce 4 MX will run slower than a 9600 XT under all circumstances. It ain't even close.

For instance, in Aquamark 3, a DX9 benchmark, a 9600 XT is about 3x faster than a Geforce 4MX, even though the MX is defaulting to a lower DX level since it doesn't support DX9 features.
