There is truly absolutely nothing you can say that will do any good. Unless to know of someway of delivering a swift kick in the ass over the internet your pretty much out of luck trying to form a response to him.

The only option is for a mod or admin to IP ban him. If he comes back on a different comp you ban that IP as well. Repeat as many times as necessary while also ignoring everything he says. He'll get tired of it pretty quick.
