Everything is good except the mobo and cpu. I suggest you buy a Neo2 Platinum S939 mobo and 3200+ 90nm cpu. Better performence when overclocked. You can OC it to 2.5-2.55 ghz with stock cooler

When he says "90nm", that is the same thing as being the "winchester" core. Which is definately a very good processor series, even if you don't overclock. I would choose a different motherboard also, but I would prefer an Asus A8V Deluxe.
