Many years ago when I first joined I remember there being a feature at the above mentioned address where you could read small biographies of every staff member. It was awesome. When I checked just now, it was gone. What happened?

(You guys also recently redid the main page, apparently. Hadn't noticed that.)

I'm not sure if the link has been readded to the new layout yet, it only went up yesterday. That page isn't that detailed, but gives you an idea of each of our remits. Might be a good idea to make it a bit more interesting like you say. We're updating a lot of the content on the site, so we will look into that too.

Clicking "?????'s Profile" takes me to Halflife2.net instead of Vancancy's profile, whoever the hell he/she is.

Oh, I just realised. I thought Vacancy was an actual person's name. Silly me.
