First, hi from France :D. I finallygot acess to a DSL connection, so hello thar!
EDIT: Maybe I should clarify I'm spending my vacation there, I live in Cali

This afternoon I took the train to go to my cousins and he bought a PC magazine for the ride. I just finished reading the battlefield review.

I'm not even kidding when I say the testers admitted to imagining they were playing online in their heads. Yes, they actually hypothesised what the game would be like and graded that because the game wasn't retail yet, so they only played the single-player.

They ended up giving an 85 percent because they _thought_ it might be cool online, but WTF?

I'm so tired of those magazines rushing to review a game in order to get to zrite "EXCLUSIVE FIRST REVIEZS" and other phony crap.

Okay, they also said they would look at the multi more in-depth in the next issue, but christ...

lol. Now that's awesome. I could write a pretend-review for Duke Nukem Forever right now and it'd be an HL2.NET EXCLUSIVE :P

Wow. Oh God as an aspiring writer that hurts - I COULD DO BETTER THAN THAT, YOU MORONS! That's professionalism for you.

Severely dated - gaming grew up past this childish nonsense a long time ago. Not worth the wait.
