Steaminstall_cs.exe worked perfectly! Now everything runs without a glitch, it's marvelous!

1) uninstall anything HL related, including the Sierra utilities
2) install steam_cs
3) use a fresh email account never used
4) click yes to (re)install CS
5) input cdkey
6) wait 30 minutes till it's done doing whatever it is doing (only god and gabe newell know)
7) voila!

I like to have it handy for those servers with 1 second buy time, when you're on the losing team it is really crucial : )
