I´m stuck by the Pier help

Hi, i´m stuck by the pier.
They say theres a secret path, and i can see it but when i
press E by the codelock it says ERROR on it. Please help

be slightly more specific, is it the light house? in that case then i had a guy open it for me.

Which pier on which level. Be more specific and post a screenshot, if possible.

Thanks you for replying, i tryed again and all of a sudden this guy helps me open the door (he used to walk out on me before)
Ill be moore specific in he future.
