Bruce Willis doesn't really have that "John McClane" look anymore.

And I Am Legend could be good. Seems its not based much on the book, its more like Omega Man or whatever it was.

I'm sad I Am Legend isn;t based more on the book, the book was excellent and really needs a good movie transfer.

Wait, wasn't there court order for Will Smith to stay clear of any movie beginning with "I"?

Or did I just imagine that...

Die Hard 4 will suck, John McTiernan isn't directing it. Len Wiseman is and what movies has he directed? Underworld...Hahah. Willis is older and has changed, like someone else mentioned he just doesn't look like McLane anymore and I bet that's what it'll be like when you watch him in the movie.

I wish they'd stop with the sequels, all they do is end up ruining the franchise.

Die Hard 4! Willis is the man!

and i liked underworld so it should be good.

The only thing the Underworld movies have going for them is Kate Beckinsale in tight body suits.

I actually WANT to see Die Hard 4, since I loved Underworld. And I've not heard anything about I Am Legend...is it supposed to be any good?

Story summaries anyone? :D

Locke and Willis...Hm.

Bring on the boxing ring I say!

Locke would kick his ass, sadly. There would be no guns, and Locke can friggin go from having non-working legs to WORKING legs. He's jesus...OMG!

Guy is last guy on earth after vampire apocalypse. The book is the root for most of the zombie and vampire stuff you've seen (especially recently). Was originally based in the seventies but remains remarkably modern considering it was written in the fifties.

Definately sounds like I'm going to want to see this movie though...hell, if I could find the book, I MIGHT read it...I'm not big on reading anything, except for forums, so yeah....we'll see.

Richard Matheson wrote the book. And technically its a short story, clocking in at about 160 pages. You usually find it in a collection with other stories, which are decent, but more of a proto-Stephen King style.

The story is very good. I highly recommend it. I doubt the movie will do any kind of justice to it. It's very much a personal story and most people wouldn;t have the patience to watch him going about his daily tasks. People want action, but that's not what the story is about.

Awwwwwwwww fuuuuuuuuck.
I don't want Will Smith smarming up my favorite movie.

Yeah, that's right. I Am Legend was already made first and best as the brilliant THE LAST MAN ON EARTH starring VINCENT PRICE.

The movie's public domain, so you can (and should) watch the full thing on google video by clicking the link above.
The Omega Man is an inferior remake of this film and now Will Smith is remaking both, probably in an inferior way.

Sometimes remakes are good, but not like this! Not like this!

Edit: Oh god, the director did Constantine and no other movies besides music videos.

Edit 2: OH GOD, the script was written by the same jackhole who wrote Batman Forever, Batman and Robin, Lost in Space and I, Robot.
