Omg...I'm so ****ing stupid...

I was in the car with my mom just doing a standard drive through the neighborhood (done it a million times) and then parked in my driveway. My mom suggested I back up and repark and get it lined up, so I pushed the brakes, but instead of brakes, it was the gas pedal. Vroom, right into the door, brakes!!! I didn't really go into the garage itself, just pushed in the door enough to **** it up permanently, so we have to replace it.

Shit.

I drove into my friends porch in late May, made a thread about it here immediately after it happened.

I know it sucks :[

I remember that..

And I've never mixed up gas/break... O_o

Post a picture. Then we can laugh even more.

I will promise to stop laughing the second I do it for myself... in one year's time when I learn :p

lol, no problem mate.

Just look at the advert at the top of this page :D

EDIT: Awwww, its changed on mine. It was: "Low price garage doors for sale at...." etc. :P

hahaha sometimes I think I'm a bad driver, then I think of people like you, driving through garage doors/houses.

you're not stupid, lol, things like these happen (and they really suck).

when i was 15, i drove into a fence in some far away neighborhood. I was with my dad at the time, he was all pissed and he decided to escape to avoid fines, lol.

this other time, i was coming out of the garage, but i hit the car with the fence only slightly. A part of the car was bent, but it was nothing major, w00t.

Haha, you just reminded me of myself a couple of weeks ago, I was driving up a very steep mountain path, intead of braking around the corner I pressed accelerate, because my girlfriend was yapping in my ear about something "we need to get back before sundown, oh noeeess!" and vrrrrommmmphhhhjj! around the corner... awesome (I'm easily pleased).

It was exhilarating though, if it had been another corner on a mountain road I could have died.

Sorry to hear about your garage door, but I'm sure your parents will be understanding and give you some leeway. Divent worry pet!

Just as well I was there for snappy snaps

Worst I've done yet is backed into a stack of bricks near the road (for part of a gate)...
Only moved it a couple inches, no one really noticed :upstare:
I really dont ever want to get into a crash...even a small one...

LOL.

It was actually a much smaller vehicle against a much larger garage door. I took out one of the panels while a large section is just pushed inwards. Not huge damage, but enough to replace it.

Luckily enough, the door was already dieing of mold and my mom was considering replacing it. I'll just say I hated that damn door too much to bear to look at it anymore

Luckily you didn't understeer hitting the gas through the turn, thats what I was doing, also going a little too fast, hydroplaned, rear end came out from me, if you know what drifting is, I was doing that but my rear end was in mud, etc. I corrected it, but overcorrected, shot straight at a muddy hill, flipped my teggy-poo 3 times, got $13,700 just barely enough to pay off the loan, and now I have my tore-ass. Let me tell you, if I wasn't wearing my seatbelt, I wouldn't be around right now, of course I always wear my seatbelt. Also I only had a few scrapes on my hand and a sore neck, thats about it. Now I am a straight line racAR!

I live my life a 1/4 mile at a time, for those 20 seconds, I feel free. *laughs* God me and my corny fast and furious lines. [/end everything]

Hmm.. After being able to drive for nearly 4 months, I can officially say I have never ever crashed or anything. I am honestly a great driver. My whole family compliments me. Even people I have never even met before compliment my driving skills.

In other news, 3 more posts till I hit 1,300. :)

It's apparently the strictest in the world. And I believe that after passing only on my 4th try, it's crazy dude!

Will Smith is alright, I just want to make you feel bad for having him as your avatar! :D

Dude you should've seen it after 3 flips. the roof was like in a triangle shape, front end was screwed, rear-passenger side rim/tire was under the car. No sunroof glass, my windshield cracked, my driver side tail light ripped off, trunk was fuxed to say the least. It broke my heart, it was like my girlfriend, she treated me right, never screwed me over. :( I'm about to cry right now........

How can I feel bad about having a Will Smith avatar? He is awesome.. Will Smith owns your soul. :)

Hmm.. That is the great thing about America, all you have to do to get your license is drive around town for about 15-20 minutes or so without making huge mistakes, e.g. running a redlight, slamming on your breaks when you see a stop sign instead of easing up to it, going like 200 KPH in a 10 KPH zone. :P

I enjoy my RX-7!!...I dunno, you guys are talking about your cars, I mention mine :D

And I've never crashed or anything thank god...then again, I have supermaned my '90 Mercury Topaz by going over a nice size downward slope..at 70...Needless to say, oil poured out, and so did Trans Fluid...haha

Uhhh, yeah, I better knock on wood...*turns on some Paris Hilton*
