I had my prom last night!

It was fecking awesome :E

All the lads looking smart, girls in some amazing dresses, having a laugh with mates and even the staff, epic dancing, Sandstorm blasting out and the rave lighting going on...an immense night.

Just thought i'd tell ya'll, sorry if I bored you hehe.

I have a few pics aswell, wondering if I can be bothered putting them all.

How much was it?

My formal will cost $125 per person. It's probably going to... well, I wouldn't say suck, but all the fun will be at the afterparty which will probably cost like $20.
 
was about ?40...not sure about the exchange rate but I doubt it's 3:1 so it wasn't that bad.

Still dunno if I should dump pics everwhere :P
 
naa I'm a good boy :P so no sexing for me.

I will upload pics shortly, atm I'm putting some on myspace, they are 2meg each (So will need them to be resized before I put them here) and I have about 30 to do...this may take a while.

Seems a strange thing to talk about but I just thought i'd tell people since it's not the usual doom and gloom :)
 
You should record the resizing action in PS then let it do the whole folder automatically.
 
I'm stupid, and therefore don't know what that means :P
 
Is it like recording macros in Notepad++? (I've never touched photoshop)
 
I never went to prom, thank God. imissed that year of school. If had gone, though, I'd've probably worn a black and purple gothic dress, like a vampire, only minus the fangs (probably).

Damn. That sounds pretty hot. You ... vampire dress, the chicks would have loved it...

Open Photoshop.
Windows > Actions
Press the Record button.
Edit > Image size
Press the Stop record Button.
Now youve got a Action,
how to apply this to a folder I wouldnt know, anyone want to explain ?

O.............K. I'm not entirely sure what you're implying there, but any way I can't think of anything else to say except :thumbs:
 
My end of A levels prom is this thursday. I haven't a suit and I've no intention of renting one as I'm a poor bum. A pair of black trousers and a shirt will have to do. Not that it's the main goal to look as nice as possible as I'm going to see my friends for a party before they fock off to uni, but still.
 
My prom was alright. I was glad I went, but it wasn't all that epic. I just can't pass up an opportunity to dress up in a suit and scare people.
 
I ended up deciding to just go to my afterprom. It was a good choice, heard prom sucked. Anyways, afterprom only cost 20 bucks, and they gave away free prizes to everyone.

My free prize was a 60 dollar Printer/Scanner. So I was one happy mofo.
 
1st prom kicked out, 2nd forgot to go.
 
No-one from my class went to the prom, I don't think anyone from the class down the hall went to the prom, I was told a couple from the IT Media programme went to it but other than that no-one really went. T'least not from the IT-programmes.
 
heh.

I can count on just my fingers the number of people who didn't go, out of about 200 pupils.
