So I'm pretty good with computers and after 3 hours I still can't get my HP printer to work on vista 64-bit...even though it says it's compatible with it on the box. My friend is a network technician and couldn't make it work and my roommate is a computer engineer and he couldn't get it to work either.
So today I called HP and they did the remote desktop crap to try and fix my computer an hour and 9 minutes later I hear the phone disconnect, the HP remote desktop taskbar icon disappears and the website pops up and says, "thank you for using HP!"
THEY ****ING QUIT ON ME! The woman tried it herself then brought in 2 other "supervisors" to help with the problem...there was about 5 minutes of no talking before finally *click*. And now I'm all alone with a printer that won't print!
