The article is about violent police beating up protesters.

You see the picture at the top? It sure does look like it.

But then I saw this:

The same picture - but with what really happened:

Sure, brutality. :|

And then Amnesty international goes and fabricates things about the number of people arrested and held and treated, and now faces criminal charges for fraud.

Another news agency goes and makes it look like some woman died from mad cow disease in the US, while in truth, the video was about a woman with CJD. They translated it erronously with a purpose, for what I can't imagine. This led to the shit hitting the fan with riots over the imports of US beef.

**** it.

First site is borked ... and in a language most of us here probrably cant understand.

The second picture though , ouch , that would have been alot worse if it had caught a nut though.

Don't you have to wonder why there are so many protests in your country Numbers? I don't get why there are so many.

lol wut

THose pictures are sort of worthless without context. In any confrontation between protesters and police, both sides are likely to get a pummeling. Doesn't really prove anything about the police beating up protesters (Well, I mean, they did- that's what the police do during riots, that's kinda what they're supposed to do) or using excessive force. Similarly we don't know what the protesters did to envoke such a response.

However, I would like to add that the second picture seems to be titled "Zombiehunting"- in which case I am 100% on the side of the police. We cannot afford to take chances when it comes to the Zombie Threat.

Don't panic, i hate it too. Too commercial. Meh, there's nuthin you can do about it

Well, there is but who can be bothered really?

what? you cant be criminally charged for a phony news repport

vcjd is a variant of mad cow disease

Variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease, also called
human Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy
(BSE) or human mad cow disease, was first
discovered in the United Kingdom (UK) in
1996. It is a rare, degenerative and fatal brain
disease that can occur in humans

Wow, are you being serious when you post this stuff? Or do you not bother looking up anything?

I thought we agreed a long time back we weren't going to do this threads anymore. *insert generic indoctrination claims*

Or was it libel? I forget.

CJD =/= vCJD

Different cause, different symptoms.

Me too. :/

Hmm, I suppose. Close it if you wish.

Lol, I think numbers should have his own show. I think it would give the colbert report a run for its money.

Cool. :p

Actually, I do wanna do something like that. It'd be fun seeing the comments on the internet after each show :D

I take it you never did anything useful with that book about bomb making I sent you.
You really should, one moment you have import regulations to protect farmers, and next thing you know
you have socialized health care, do you want that to happen?

edit: I also have a PDF on how to make a homemade silencer, you want it?

Lol, I was actually looking for that video. :D

You sir, are truly a wonder. 'Course I want one. Although I'd need something to fit it on..... maybe I can smuggle one..... teehee. :D

I'm organizing people currently into a group that'd be translated into "patriotic student action corps". power in numbers, you see. :p

I need to lay off the sugar.

will you be wearing brownshirts and black arm bands?

but seriously for what purpose? goon squad to beat up on suspected traitors to the fatherland? circlejerk for patriots?

I dunno, I haven't got that far yet.

We got a supplier of flexcuffs though. So I suppose we might go kidnap people...

I better resign before we actually get around to doing something. :/

you know young boys dont fair very well in prison

so unless you want to end up in prison wearing nothing but a leather collar as inmates play poker for who gets to do what with you tonight, I suggest you fly the straight and narrow from now on

.........

That is actually a very convincing argument.

edit: Thank you, I love you man. <3

South Korea seems to have 1/4 of its population involved in riots every week.

What is it, a civil war there?

Bwaha.

CJD, according to wikipedia, is "related to Bovine spongiform encephalopathy" , and governments often allege libel when newspapers reveal their dirty secrets.

Numbers in fact-check scandal, lol.

I read that as "patriotic student action corpse". I LOL'd hard.

numbers allways make treads about protests

why you dont make treads about things like hot sexy korean girls?

I'm sure plenty of people will protest against hot sexy Korean girls.

I was hoping more for Hot Sexy Korean Girls protesting the something. I dunno.

Protests are hot, is all I'm saying.
