I have a problem with CS1.5

Several servers started to kik me out because my cheating-death is not up todate. I download the latest version client 4.4. Every time I want to play on CS servers, the servers stated that I need CD 4.4 But I got it. Moreover I left CD open then I went to play cs I found a second problem, I can not connect to any server any more if CD program is on

then the connection disconnected


please help me;(
