I have a question about Eb Game's trade-in games policy.

Just wondering, let's say I wanted Prince of Persia: Warrior Within when it comes out. But for some reason, I have no money. Someone stole it. Can I trade in my Unreal Tournament 2004 or Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time for Prince of Persia: Warrior Within?
I know the trading Unreal Tournament 2004 is crazy, but I like the Prince of Persia games.
If it's not enough, can I trade in both for the same game? Is there a catch or any obligation?

I don't think there is any catch, but if you have the box for both of them, that's good.

Do they have to be purchased from Eb Games? Or can I get it from Futureshop and then trade them in to Eb Games?

Over here i think the rule is (correct me if im wrong) that you trade in a game and you only get a certain discount off another game you buy. So if i traded in Ut04 for R:TW then the ut04 would only take 10 quid off the price, i'd still have to fork out the other £25. And i think thats only console games now anyway.

generally, if you pay 50 for a game, and exchange it in the next day, you won't get more than $25 for it.

umm I just traded in 7 really old really crappy games this afternoon and got a halo 2 preorder with them in return, doesn't sound like a bad deal to me considering they were just collecting dust on my shelf. Now all I have to do is stroll in november 9th and pick up my copy , because it's already payed for. EB rocks.

Then I'm pretty sure I can get Prince of Persia: Warrior Within by trading in Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time and Unreal Tournament 2004. I could even pre-order the game and get the art book.

you might get 15 for UT2k4 and maybe another 15 for POP:SOT, try to trade in more old games and ask for them to give you the POP:WW preorder instead of cash or credit. Also not to mention it was the collectors edition of halo 2 that I got.

What about games bundled with graphic cards? Do they accept those?

They will buy the game off you for a few buck then go around and sell it for $20. They might not even let you trade it in if they don't need the game.

I took a handful of games in one time and was only gonna get $9 for them, said screw that and walked out.

yeah I got like 15 for halo and that's a lot older than DA which I got for 10 bucks I guess halo must be in high demand.
