Innovation made one, but it is powered by the 2nd memory card slot. Weird I know. I have it. Rare, expensive ($70 new), and probably no longer manufactured, you should check Ebay for it, or some other brand.Gargantou said:Actually sinkoman, iirc there are VGA adapters out there for the PS2, whilst unofficial, they work.

I've done my research. HDMI is not compatible with current PC monitors. There will be a new wave of PC monitors to coincide with HD-DVD and Blu-Ray drives for PC's, which is another reason I might get an Xbox360 instead of an all new vista PC - at least until the prices of a cutting edge PC becomes affordable for me.
To make things worse, the price can't start coming down until well after these new DX10 cards, HDMI monitors, PC's, OS, [optional HD-DVD, Blu-Ray PC drives] and mobo's have been available for a while. (due 1st quarter 2007)
I'm not sure exactly how this will unfold. I shouldn't be required to buy a new PC monitor to use Windows Vista/DX10 if I chose not to buy an HD-DVD or Blu-Ray optical disc drive for my PC, but I may not have a choice.
VirusType2 said:The PS2 doesn't output in VGA I don't think - it seems like it is converted from S-Video to VGA. The image quality is good when hooked up to a PC monitor using Innovations' adapter, but it's not nearly as good as the Dreamcast with its VGA adapter is.
