The most intense and immersive multiplayer experience I had ever had in my life occured earlier on today.

Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory

It happened in that game.

I was in a server.

64 total players.
Full campaign with extented time.
ET Pro enabled.
Low pings in the 60-120's.
Almost 3 hour long game.

Total carnage. Machine gunners proned down protecting areas, snipers covering their back. Field ops calling in airstrikes. Mortars. Panzerfausts. Flamethrowers. Grenades. Mostly balanced teams. Explosions. TEAMWORK

Best. Game. Of. Multiplayer. Ever.

So yeh, I just wanted to share that. Have you guys ever had something similar?

Yeah i love a good MP game. Especially in Battlefield on a packed server when everyone is working togheter..its awesome! I have never tried ET tho. LOL and do you concider 60-120 low ping? :P I guess im just a spoiled swede..5-20 is low ping :]

Brings back memories of LANing up and learning to fly on the BF1942 demo. Good times.

"YAR! LANDLUBBERS AHOY!"

*barrelrolls into an unsuspecting APC full of allies*

since no-one online wants to help me.... I'm having to resort to using the manual

*shivers*

Ah, I remember those kind of battles, back in the early days of BF1942, with the maps Tobruk and Wake. Great great fun.

I totally agree. Back in the days of Battlefield 1942 (as you said Ryan) people actually could play the game, with teamwork, with fun, and pure carnage. It still happens today, but very rarely...

ET owns. I am currently hooked to COD: UO until HL2 comes out.

i love games of ns when you can find someone or a group of ppl to cooperate with. NS > CO

Kouler I cant believe you followed my advice  you should see him trying to start a copy of 'The Big War of 2004'
