27'th of June the company I work for is having a lan party and the winner gets a new system built to whatever specs they want. the only trouble that the games that are going to be played are quake III and ut2004. I dont have a system to keep my skillz up to date wile waiting for the lan party.

I think I can make quake III work on my laptop but at the lowest rez and nothing cranked up. Ut2004 on the other hand wouldnt even install because i only have a 1.5 gig hd.

So hopefully quake will keep me in good enough shape to play ut2004.

Yeah Ive been playing ut2004 demo and I own the game so I know how to play it just that my main system got killed and my laptop wont run ut2004.

I have gotten the engagment ring and I what I think is enough for the wedding rings saved up.

OK its fixed.

I got quake III running on my lap top at the lowest rez and nothing cranked up but at least it runs smooth.
I played a 99 frag round with 10 Xaero bots set on nightmare. I had a i won with 1st with 99 frags the 2nd had 55 frags. I only died 3 times. I figure that ill have quake III covered. I may need to go to the locol gaming center and play ut2004 every night.
