Yeah, connection is one thing, but it really comes down to skill.

Its haphazard about the netcode. One day everytime you shoot its a head shot, the next day you empty a whole clip and dont even make 50 damage.

Its quite annoying tbh, and its not a problem with my ping either, my ping is always about 38. But anyway, glad you are enjoying it.
 
No offense, but 24-22 is a pretty crap score. It just shows you were in the server longest. If you were, say, 24-5 or even 24-10, then I would be impressed. 2:1 kill ratio is decent. 3:1 is a good target to aim for.
 
Not the greatest score ever, i've had better.

Oh, oh hey sorry. I was just browsing through your post, while my eye seemed to wander up towards the post cou-oh, yep... Sorry, 1 post. Less than 40 and you aren't entitled to an opinion. Try again. :E

Anyway, that might not actually be the case, Wyrm. For instance. Map changes, that means all scores are reset every map. Which also means he's killed quite a few players that map, even though he died, he still managed to shoot them.
That's a good score for a 56k-er newbie, and I'm sure you'll be getting excellent scores when you get into the swing of things.
