All it says is that they made more profit on the PS3 then the 360. Also that second DLC is not for the PS3, it's for the 360 as part of the M$ rockstar deal.

Nowhere. It says that Take Two plans to have two DLC episodes out for GTA IV in 2009. It doesnt say anything about PS3, besides that it was, generally speaking, their biggest source of revenue when considering all of their products.
