wait, i have an idea. why don't you not post in the general hl2 forum asking a question that you can easily find the answer to.
Try the hardware forum, or possiby one of the HUNDREDS of sites dedicated to ATI Cards.
Rage3D is good, so is ATI.com. why don't you want ATI.com? just go, punch in your card, your platform, and download the driver.
