I Need Expert Advice Please Help I hink I've Been Hacked!!

Hi I just started up cs source after a couple of months of not playing and when went to this server my screen was all fu#ked up and glitchy. I was like ok no problem I can fix that later but I feel like playing for a bit first. I decide to play and as I'm playing the only kills I get are hs. I know I haven't or anyone on my computer hasn't installed any aimbot or something so I was just wondering if it is possible to have hacks downloaded onto your computer server side. Do I have anything to worry about or was I just getting extremely lucky and it was all a coincidence? Usually when I play cs source I get alot of hs and stuff but it seemed to me more than normal. The reason I ask this is because I'm paranoid about my account because I have had it stolen before. Any information you could give me or I could give you just tell me please.

The odds of you acquiring hacks from the server-side is damn near impossible, so you can rule that out. Personally I think you just got a nice lucky streak, cause when hacks are you running you will know. In your case, if you had aimbot running your screen would instant twitch automatically, not to mention your screen would be spazz-tastic. Of course there may be different variations but these are the common traits.

My screen was kind of glitchy but my crosshair wasn't flying around insanely. So you just assume it was luck mixed with bad settings? That's very relieving but I deleted all my local content to be sure. If someone figured out my password and used my account on another computer (with hacks) that wouldn't make my computer have hacks too would it? Like it doesn't automatically upload all the same content to every computer that uses the account does it?

No bud, that's impossible. Somebody would have to have a mind to actually backdoorify your PC and upload some sort of malicious software that would install a CSS hack onto your PC. If somebody had that sort of access to your PC, they'd probably go for the credit card numbers and such as opposed to trying to make it look like you're hacking.

Dunno about the "glitchy" screen though. What was actually happening? Can you get a screen?

I'm sorry I can't give you a screen shot or anything. I decided I would delete all local content just in case. But if its still screwed up when I reinstall I'll definately do w/e I can to assist you in helping me. Thanks for the help so far I really appreciate it.
