I need help building a webpage. where can I ask for help?

I have a personal website with pictures in it.

I would like the main page to contain 3 elements: a Prev button, a Next button, and a section in the middle of the page where the current picture is displayed. For example, if I press the Next button, I want the next picture to appear in the middle of the page, without reloading the page or opening a new page. Makes sense right?

Does anyone know how to do it or where I should be asking for this type advice?

Read a few tutorials on DHTML

http://www.w3schools.com/dhtml/tryit.asp?filename=trydhtml_imagesource for example ... using functions you can change the source of images on events - so experiment, and create the code you need (eg. change image source on click)
