I need help, PLEASE!!!

can anyone tell me how to get out of the sewer part. its pretty early in the game. one side has mettle bars blocking it and the other end is a wall. you can go into another tunnle but it dead ends with those creatures that hang from the top. you could climb up and walk around on a crapy made walk way but that dead ends to. can anyone help me find the way out

I think I know where you are. If you have just fought a helicopter then there should be an explosive barrel around. Pick it up and when the thogues are pulling it up shoot it twice. It should kill all of them.
