I need help

my problem is that I will begin the school very soon and I need to wake up like 5:00 am to get early to the school

but the more early time I can wake up is 9:30 am
well I go to bed like 3:00 am so thats the problem,also that I need like 30 minutes to fall sleep completly

so what you recomend me to do?
 
Go to bed earlier, son! :) Not much else you can do!

Or you can do like I did last year... and catch some sleep at school... that's not smart, though... don't be like me...

Perhaps you could try sleeping pills. They'll knock you right out.
Also I find ambient electronic music helps prepare your mind for sleep. I guess any soothing music or something to put you in the mood will work.

I can fall asleep listening to Metallica... hehe...
 
it's really a no brainer. you're probably not getting enough stage 4 (rem) sleep. get to bed around midnight. sure it may seem like a waste, but the ability to stay awake is highly underrated. i enjoy staying awake during the day. another thing i do is take occasional naps when i get home from work. getting home at 11pm(like yesterday) isn't really helpful for naps, but hopefully i won't have many of those.
